The Condition Report Company is leading the way by introducing DVD (digital video disc) Condition Reports. A DVD Condition Report™ is captured on a digital video camera and the result is an exceptionally reliable and highly detailed visual and audio condition report which leaves little room for disagreements. As a result of discussions with the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) approval has been granted for the introduction of DVD format evidence in VCAT hearings.

If a Landlord and a Tenant end up in dispute about the state of a property at the end of a tenancy, The Condition Report Company can be engaged to document (on DVD) the state of the entire property, or even just that part of the property under dispute.
