The Condition Report Company will act on your behalf to negotiate reinstatement obligations. Acting for either the Lessor or Lessee, we identify the requirements of the lease, undertake a comprehensive inspection of the premises and obtain cost assessments from relevant contactors. In consultation with you we determine appropriate make-good works and conduct reinstatement negotiations with the other party to the lease -at all times focusing on reducing costs for our client.
