Pre-purchase Reports
If you are overseas, interstate or simply time restricted and you wish to purchase a property, TCRC will carry out a thorough inspection on your behalf and capture the entire property on a digital video camera and provide you with a DVD (digital video disc). Buyers Advocates would benefit by providing DVD footage to clients.
